  • Why won’t the calendar let me select tomorrow’s date?
    Please select the Next Business Day option which is located directly above the calendar. The cutoff for orders for delivery next business day (Tuesday-Friday) is 11am PST.
  • What is Next Business Day delivery?
    If an order is placed before 11am PST and the Next Business Day option is selected at checkout, the order will ship out that day for arrival/delivery the next day. This option is only for business days so if the order is submitted after 11am PST on Thursday or on Friday - Sunday, the order will ship on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
  • Can I specify a date and time of delivery?
    You can specify an arrival/delivery date (Tuesday – Friday) using the calendar at checkout or you can select next business day delivery by not using the calendar and instead selecting the Next Business Day option which is directly above the calendar. Unfortunately, selecting a specific time of delivery is not an option. UPS has until 8pm to make the delivery on the designated date.
  • Can I order flowers for same day?
    We are not able to provide same day orders; however, we do offer Next Business Day delivery if the order is placed before 11am PST.
  • Are there days I cannot request for delivery?
    We only ship Monday – Thursday so we are not able to make deliveries Saturday – Monday. As we ship via UPS, shipping/delivery is not available during major holidays when UPS is closed.
  • I just missed the 11am cutoff, when will my flowers be delivered?"
    Next Business Day orders submitted after the cutoff will ship out the next business day for arrival the following day from shipping. For example, if you submit an order at noon on a Monday, it will ship Tuesday for arrival on Wednesday. If you submit an order after 11am on Thursday, then it will ship out on Monday for arrival on Tuesday.
  • When should I schedule delivery for my flowers if I am ordering for an event?
    We recommend having the flowers arrive a couple days prior to your event to allow the flowers to fully bloom as we ship them in bud form to preserve them during shipping.
  • Where is the gift message?
    The gift message is located under the shipping label on the box. Simply peel back the shipping label and the gift message will be directly underneath. If there is no gift message under the shipping label, that means that the sender did not include a gift message and per Costco privacy policy, we are unable to give out any sender information.
  • Can I change the address or delivery date of my order?
    We are not able to change an order once it has been submitted. However, you are able to change it with UPS MyChoice. Simply visit https://www.ups.com/us/en/services/tracking/mychoice.page to sign up or learn more.
  • Can I add/change the gift message on my order?
    Unfortunately, we are not able to change an order once it has been submitted. However, if the order has not yet been processed, we can cancel the order so that you may submit a new order with corrected information. Please send an email to costco@kendalfloral.com. Please note this may not be possible for Next Business Day orders as they are processed almost immediately after being submitted.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Orders can be cancelled if you contact us within 48 hours of submitting the order; however, Next Business Day orders are processed almost immediately after being submitted and therefore, typically cannot be cancelled. Please send an email to costco@kendalfloral.com.
  • Can I customize/change/alter the flowers that I see on the site?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to customize or change the products at all.
  • How are the flowers delivered?
    Kendal Floral ships directly to the recipient via UPS Next Day Air.
  • How are the flowers shipped?
    As the orders are shipped via UPS, they are shipped in an enclosed box. If the product ordered is an arrangement with a vase, the vase will be included in the box along with the flowers. Flowers are already arranged as a bouquet but will need to be given a fresh cut and put into water immediately upon receiving.
  • Does someone need to sign for the flowers?
    A signature is not required. If nobody is home, UPS will leave the order at the front door if they deem it safe.
  • Where do the flowers ship from?
    Orders ship via UPS from one of our facilities in either CA, OR, or FL.
  • Do I receive tracking for my order?
    Everything is shipped via UPS Next Day Air so all orders ship the night before they are to be delivered. Once UPS picks up the order, tracking information is sent to Costco.com and they send tracking information to the sender’s email address on file.
  • How do I care for the flowers once received?
    Care and handling instructions are sent with each order and should be followed to ensure the longevity of the flowers. A fresh cut of the stems and getting them into water with the provided floral food is very important.
  • Do my flowers come with a vase?
    Some of our items come with a vase and some do not – it will say whether there is a vase on the website next to the photo under “Features,” as well as in the photo gallery for the item.
  • Can I order for pickup at a Costco near me?
    Unfortunately, pickup is not currently an option. All Costco.com orders must ship via UPS.
  • Is shipping and handling included?
    Yes, it is part of the price shown on the site.
  • Can I order directly through Kendal Floral instead of Costco.com?
    Kendal Floral cannot accept any direct payment from customers and all orders and payments must be made through Costco.com.
  • How is payment handled?
    All orders and payment go through Costco.com and are attached to your Costco membership. As the vendor, Kendal Floral does not have access to any payment information – all payment is handled by Costco.com.
